REFUND POLICY:
No refunds for cancellations unless written request is postmarked by January 8, 2010; 50% of registration fee will be retained for processing. All payments must be received by event date.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
All members and prospective members of ACA are welcome to attend. Invite your entire staff to join in this special day! Directors are encouraged to bring emerging leaders from their camp.

The ACA, Southern California/Hawaii Legacy Circle
Membership in the Legacy Circle honors the vision and support of individuals who have been committed to the field of organized camping and ACA for more than 30 years. They have served in leadership capacities in Southern California or Hawaii and have made significant contributions to the camp industry.

Take care of your standards update before the start of the Annual Meeting! Please note: this training is designed for Camp Directors and staff with experience preparing for a visit. To sign up for the update, email jami@acasocal.org.

The raffle drawing will take place at the ACA, Southern CA/HI Spring Leadership Conference in Palm Springs, CA on Friday, April 16, 2010.

Special Early Bird Drawing at the Annual Meeting! All raffle tickets sold before or during the Annual Meeting will also be entered in to a special Annual Meeting drawing - win prizes such as a steak dinner, Dom Perignon Champagne or a lobster dinner!

Whether or not you win at the Annual Meeting, your raffle tickets will be entered in for the Grand Prize Raffle at the Spring Leadership Conference in April.
