REFUND POLICY:
No refunds for cancellations unless written request is postmarked by April 23, 2010; 50% of registration fee will be retained for processing. All payments must be received by event date.

Tuesday, May 4 - ServSafe Certification Course
9:00am-5:00pm

The ServSafe Certification Course is a national certification program mandated by the State of California. ServSafe meets the California Food Code regulations for an approved food service manager 8-hour training and is valid for five years.

IMPORTANT! All ServSafe participants need to bring:

1) The required text* (ServSafe Essentials, 5th Edition), and

2) An exam answer sheet.

*You may borrow any 4th or 5th edition text book for the course, but each individual must have an exam answer sheet to take the exam. None will be available onsite. Please purchase these items at least two weeks in advance and read the text thoroughly prior to the course.

To register for the ServSafe Course as part of the Food Service Conference or as a stand-alone training, click "Register Now" above and select "ServSafe Certification Course" when prompted.
