PROGRAM
Spend the day with two experienced Camp Directors who will share their related experiences and review what needs to be done to get your camp operating at peak performance. From risk management to leadership styles and camp staff recruitment, you will leave with a range of tools to help you develop yourself and your team. This one day orientation is designed to develop you as a leader, encouraging you to think differently, gain new skills and network with colleagues!
This interactive ACA National Course provides an overview of key aspects of the Camp Director's job, with special focus offered on leadership, risk management, camper behavior and staff supervision.
